Animecast: Why We Have Tropes

tropeshdr

Tropes, cliches, and over used Archetypes.  They have stained our anime for many many years but what are they here for?  While we at the animecast attempt to decipher this mystery, we can’t help but get stuck talking about the worst of the worst.  So join us as we attempt to explain this phenomenon, but also have some laughs while we tell our most hated.

Our intro for this episode is the OP for Love Hina called “Sakura Saku” as sung by Rekka Katakiri and can be found on iTunes.  The outro is from the OP for Hare+Guu called “Love Tropicana” by Sister Mayo.

We hope you all enjoy!
