Demons and Humans clash and many from each side fall within minutes. Meanwhile Favaro attempts to persuade Amira to regain herself as she gorges herself on food after claiming she had met her father. A silly task that turns dangerous as Azazel confronts them to take her away. Though neither Favaro or Kaiser will have it.

Elsewhere Jeanne seems to turn the tides of the battlefield using her holy weapon Maltet. However after Pazazu shows up, things look grim for her as his power becomes overwhelming for her.

As the truth of Kaiser’s father finally become revealed through Azazel’s mocking comments, both Favaro and Kaiser will have to utilize all of their skills and wits to overcome the demon before them

I love MAPPA’s use of CG in this show.  It’s apparent, but still manages to keep itself blending in with the rest of the visuals.  Creating a big epic battle that never lets up or is marred by stills and slide shows as some shows are.  I’m enjoying this up and rising studio more and more each time they show off their capabilities.

The episode itself was a solid one.  Putting closures on many elements such as Kaiser’s past (FINALLY) and Azezel’s exploits.  Though it also opened the door on what seems to be Amira’s awakening.  I can only assume the final moments was to prepare us for Amira being put into play.  I will admit that her overly moe attitude this episode best be explained next episode as it was a bit off-putting.  It all just seemed like a poor excuse to put her out of commission for the battle.

Aside from Amira, I hope we get some explanation on her father going forward as well, as his constant appearance remains unexplained.  Is he her human father, did he have something to do with the God Key, and what is his purpose?
