I would like to hear your thoughts on Medaka Box if you haven't already reviewed it :)

monogatari is on my list i have watched the first series and am in the middle of the second series. that is a series that will take some time. just because of the size of the series and time constraints. but rest assured that it will be covered at some point. its to big a name not to have it covered.

Well that's all I needed to see!

Updating our list due to us starting to schedule and tackle older shows on a (hopefully) weekly basis. I'll try to keep this updated as we start planning or scheduling shows from the list. This isn't all we'll be doing reviews of (have a 100+ list elsewhere) but these are covering the ones requested.

Planned
Bakemonogatari Series
Haibane Renmei
Great Teacher Onizuka
From the New World
Another (Written Complete)
Ghost in the Shell (Planned)
Kokoro Connect
Kids on the Slope

Others
BAKA and TEST
Voices of a Distant Star
MM!
Ben-to
My Bride is a Mermaid
Listen to Me Girls I am Your Father (Written Complete)
Gundam 00
Last Exile
The Devil is a Part-Timer
Angel Beats
Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar
CLANNAD
Gurren Lagann
Is this a Zombie?
Black Lagoon
5 Centimeters Per Second
Mysterious Girlfriend X
Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions
Medaka Box
Guilty Crown
Anohana
Ano Natsu de Matteru
Porco Rosso
Laputa
Rumbling Hearts
Nana
Trinity Blood
Hunter X Hunter
True Tears

Wolf's Rain (Death by Bandai)
Sola (Death by Bandai)
Gosick (Unlicensed)

Just looked through the past reviews and realized something missing. I'm not sure if it's easy to get but berserk. Guts is suffering

Not sure if it was already mentioned but I highly suggest Phantom: requiem for the phantom
But I don't think Chris will like it too much because of how extremely dark the Anime is xD
It has a great story, great characters, and it has a really memorable soundtrack which even changes a lot halfway through the series.
The animation is really fluid too.
At certain scenes I was shocked with how fluid they made it look.

Its on Funimation, has Bluray and S.A.V.E edition bluray, and only 26 episodes.

Just to be clear I don't hate dark shows I just find myself turned off more and more by them. If it balances well then I'm more likely to enjoy it. But the people that write dark shows tend to go all out. And there is hardly a moment to catch your breath.
