Like a little ecchi with your action? In this episode of the Animecast, we do a combined review of both Samurai Girls and Samurai Bride. Samurai, demons, and a whole lot of fanservice!

Following the closing music and proper warning, things transition into the spoiler realm. If you have not watched Samurai Girls or Samurai Bride, avoid listening beyond the 31:38 marker.

The opening for this episode is the OP for Samurai Bride called “AI DO” by Miyuki Hashimoto. The closing for this episode the ED for Samurai Girls called “Koi ni Sesse Tooryanse” by the cast. Following the spoiler discussion, we close with the ED for Samurai Bride called “Kekka Guuzen de Gozasourou” by the cast.

We hope you all enjoy!

The style of this show is Indeed nice. I love how the paint splashes on the screen. The characters design is one of the best things about this show, enough to look up some of the figures Alter did.
I don't have any major complaints about the first season. The second one, well, I thought the maid cafe stuff was a 2~3 episodes joke. Not to mention you can see the ending from miles away.

Samurai Girls was one of the first things watched when I got the Roku box a couple years ago. Really beautiful design. So beautiful I never really noticed that the action stuff was not all that stellar :) Samurai bride.... well I wanted to se more of Yukimura so I was onboard. The ED of the first season is etched in my memory.

Still need to get on those figures :X But that's a set I'm not sure if I want to even get into!
